Ingredients

4 - 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 cauliflower, cut into florets
salt (kosher salt preferred)and white pepper to taste
4 - 6 cups best chicken broth or stock
2 - 3 tablespoons creme fraiche
tiny squeeze fresh lemon juice

Ingredients:

¾ cup red lentils
2 Tbls. coconut oil
1 Onion
2 garlic cloves
Ginger
1 Tbls. medium curry powder
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 14.5 oz. can crushed tomatoes
½ cup of cilantro
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 13.5 oz. can unsweetened coconut milk (you can use any milk of your choice)
