As Empowerment transitions to a new Electronic Health Records system in the coming months, intakes are paused for enrollment into Groups and Care Management. At this time, we are not accepting general intakes for our services. Only individuals who qualify for the WAGEES or WHP programs are eligible to apply. If you submit a form for general services and do not meet the eligibility criteria for WAGEES or WHP, you will not be placed on a waitlist as we ask you to check back at a future date to be determined. You do not need to be enrolled to GET TESTED! For HIV, HepC, & STI Testing and PrEP Navigation: please call 720-850-7489 or book an appointment ONLINE. Walk-in hours are Wednesdays 10am-Noon and 1-3pm, and Thursdays 1-3pm.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) referrals and linkage to care is available, contact the Pathways to Wellness team:
