WE GOT THIS!
This challenge is for participants, staff, family, and friends of our Empowerment community. In today's world with COVID19, we are experiencing isolation from our loved ones, community, and support systems. We hope to create a supportive place for us to make changes to help support our health, wellness, and personal empowerment. Challenges are not necessarily fitness related, we are strengthening our minds and bodies by practicing self-care and engaging in community support.

CHALLENGE: JOIN US FOR 30 DAYS OF YOGA!
Starting June 1, We will be starting a 30 day challenge to MOVE and BREATHE!
The class series is focused on breathing:
Yoga with Adriene "Invite Breath, A 30 Day Yoga Journey.
If you have another practice you wish to do for the month of June, please do that - it could include walking each day, biking, kick-boxing, meditation, other yoga practices, etc. We have included links below to some yoga practices that can be found on YouTube.
