Our mission is to provide a caring and inclusive environment for everyone who lives here. We encourage you to use all of the services we offer here. To help everyone in our community be safe and feel at home, we have put together a Resident Handbook. This handbook should help answer questions about building rules, regulations, and being good neighbors to each other.
If you have additional questions after you and your case manager review the handbook, please feel free to visit the office and a staff member will assist you.

PHILO'S KITCHEN
Philo’s Kitchen, is a nonprofit dedicated to creating ready-to-heat meals for low-income families and individuals throughout Denver. They partner with nonprofit housing groups across the city to provide residents with a key necessity: nutritious, individually packaged meals.
Their frozen meals are designed to be simple to use—just heat and eat—eliminating the need to cook from scratch while still offering a healthy option. This convenience has proven to be especially helpful for housing groups and their residents. If you are interested, please contact your Empowerment Care Manager.

- Low operational costs with high production capacity, requiring minimal funding.
The Empowerment Apartments at Greyhound Park offers 50 new housing units, with 25 reserved for individuals enrolled in The Empowerment Program, which helps remove barriers to health, housing, education, and employment so individuals can live a healthier life. Congrats to Delwest, Empowerment, and the Urban Renewal Authority on the continued progress, with more milestones to come!
