Can you bike 1600 miles in one day? Probably not. But, I bet we could get 160 people to bike 10 miles each, or 320 people to bike 5 miles each, or 1,600 to bike 1 mile. Raise $10 per mile, and bike as many miles as you can!

After 20 years at 1600 York, it's time we build a stronger foundation of hope for our community. Located across from the beautiful Carla Madison Recreation Center, Empowerment provides comprehensive trauma-informed services for our community. Participants empower themselves to make the changes, we supportive careure care is provided to the whole person.

Peggy Dyer is blessed and inspired with an abundance of gifts as an artist, teacher, poet, photographer and dreamer. Her smile, her infectious love of life and her giggle is contagious.
