Who We Are

The Participant Voice Council (PVC), formerly the Advisory Council, is a forum for participants to share their ideas and experiences, to help us nurture and grow programs & services at Empowerment.  The PVC is tasked with observing and assessing issues within Empowerment and making recommendations.
